There can be various reasons for calcification over left greater tuberosity as chronic inflammation, calcium homeostasis imbalance, concern with previous
cancer surgery or else. However, a detailed physical examination, range of motion with
MRI of the shoulder is must to proceed in this regard and give best possible opinion ahead for the therapeutic approach.
Till the time, you revert back with the follow up, I would suggest:
- Local application of heating pad

Analgesic spray or ointment containing
diclofenac, Linseed oil, camphor or menthol
- Anti inflammatory with analgesic medications
- Control of serum calcium level after lab reports evaluation
- Control of body weight and blood sugar
- Assisted
physiotherapy with an expert physiotherapist
