Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Abdominal Pain

Hi, i have a pain on the left side of my abdomen on the bottom right where my ovaries are i beleive! And it wont go away every time i breath in the pain is worse! I feel like im out of thia world and my head hurts as well! I feel kinda funny like dizzy but different idk how to explain!! Do tou think i should go to the emergwncy room? Please hwlp me

The left lower abdominal pain may be due to:

1. Left ureteric calculi
2. Left ovarian torsion
3. Colitis
4. Stomach Infection
5. Muscle spasm etcetera

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor so that he will examine and do a scan and treat you accordingly.
