Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Chest Pain That Radiates To Arms
I am 42 female with no medical hx..i am a smoker...i had an episode of left chest pain with radiation to left arm and neck lasting thru out the night four days ago with numbness radiating into my hands that subsided. Today i had visual disturbances where i couldnt focus on anything lasting 30 minutes and became lightheaded and nauseous..but no pain...i am not overweight. I just wondered if these things could b connected..if its just anxiety or too much caffeine...
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern. First of all we must rule out other causes of your situation, that could be more serious, and then we can "blame" anxiety for your symptoms.
I recommend to visit a cardiologist as soon as possible in order to do all cardiac workup to rule out a coronary disease, since the way you describe your symptoms, they might be related to the heart.
Feel free for additional questions. I wish you a good health. Regards
