Suggest Treatment For Left-sided Chest Pain

I am a 20 year old female experiencing chest pain on the left side. A few months ago I went to the Dr and they told me there was nothing wrong, they said it was common in women my age and there s no cause. But it has gotten worse, to the point where if I stand up and walk around I m in pain, if I m standing and breathing, I m in pain. When I lay down on my back there is no pain. I m just looking for some answers. Is there a way to treat this pain? And I really don t have the money to pay for this.
