Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Chronic Headache

My husband gets a chronic headache on the left side of his head - very painful. I heard about something like an octopus over the head. Maybe with heat waves or ?sound waves covering the head. Do you know anything about this apparatus and where it can be obtained? He is a Vietnam Vet and has been to the VA and private doctors about this. MRI didn t show anything. He takes a medication that is suppose to prevent the headache but sometimes it comes back and stays around for a while. Thank you for your time. Vet s wife.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the headaches are not due to any disease and these comes around on its own, it could be due to migraine, if investigation is not done then go for it like CT brain and routine test hope this information helps.
