Suggest Treatment For Leg Cramps And Frequent Urination

55 year old male who exercises very physically 5 to 6 days a week for 1 hour (high aerobic & cross training exercise regimen...experiencing recent muscle cramping in legs and arms and also experiencing out of breath on long hilly walks...urinating very frequently when drinking water...feel as though I am dehydrated

Hello,

Looks like something has changed in recent days it could be an infection, or high blood sugar. I think do a urine examination, CBC, and blood sugar that will tell us the reason what has happened.
