Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

His symptoms could be related to sciatica pain or an irradiating nerve pain, probably caused by a bulging disc in the lumbar region.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing a lumbar spine CT scan.
Meanwhile, I recommend having bed rest and taking painkillers. It is important to avoid weight lifting and prolonged standing or sitting position which may trigger the situation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
