General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Leukorrhea can be due to various reasons. It can be due to infections or due to hormonal imbalance. Pelvic inflammatory disease should be ruled out by pelvic examination by Gynecologist and doing ultrasound examination. Hormone levels should be checked. TB should be ruled out by doing PCR test and swab from secretions should e taken to rule out other infections also. In case of infective reasons proper antibiotic therapy will be helpful. In case of hormonal imbalance hormone therapy will clear your problem.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear Thanks.
