Suggest Treatment For Lewy Body Disease

My husband has Lewy Body Disease. He cannot take most pain meds. Other than Tylenol what options do we have? I thought Tramadol was the answer and they gave him some but now read he should not have that because he is on a seratonin med. He is also on coumadin so can't take anti inflamatory. I have tried every search I can find. His doctors admit they are not sure. He developed some seizure symptoms (but eeg was clear) so wonder if that is med related. It appears the only thing I can see on line that people can use is something called Roxanol? a form of morphine? Why don't doctors give morphine more? He has had bad experience with codine definitely Lewy Body related and he is writing in pain from some broken ribs and a hip problem.
