General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to hcm,
I really appreciate your concern,
Yes lice can enter ear canal and can cause infection of ceruminous glands of the ear canal,
But the chances are very rare,
As per my opinion you should first get checked with otoscope from a doctor where you will really know what is the problem.
For ear pain you can take pain killers like ibuprofen and you can use antibiotics ear drops which contains amoxycillin.
Please feel free to contact if you have any further questions.
Thanks. Regards.
