Hello Doctor, I m 33years old (71kg wt. and 2 c section @ 2010 & 2011). I m suffering from Lichen Planus for last 3years. It was identified and undergone treatment for last 6months. Now, I stopped using (kenacort 0.5 and protopic) as per doctors advise. But my symptoms are not reduced after stopped the ointment (bleeding on gums while brushing and can t eat food, starting white patches). I started using oil pulling with sesame oil thrice a week. Please advise whether i need to be on medication for life long? It ll turn to malignancy? which medicine is best to suit for this disease (Allopathy or Ayurveda). (Though my father is suffering by esophagus cancer and vitiligo disease, am curies to know). Thank you in advance for your kind support.
