Suggest Treatment For Lichen Sclerosis With Dizziness And Headache

(Background info: I've been recently diagnosed with Lichen sclerosis 'down below' which i'm now being treated for with steroid cream. I'm in recovery from anorexia and at a stable weight eating reguarly etc but haven't had periods since before the onset of this anorexia 5 yrs ago and I now have osteoperosis. I was recently tested to check my estrogen levels which were fine but had a high reading for prolactin which I'm now going to be re-tested for and given an MRI scan. I'm currently taken citalopram which is being queried as to whether it's the cause of the prolactin increase.)

Now my question bearing all the above in mind...

I've been having problems with feeling fuzzy, like my heads full of cotton wool and I'm in a 'dream like state' all day and have been feeling like this most days for a long time now (some days more than others). But everyday I always get this feeling of being visually lopsided - like one side of my vision is more focused or bigger/nearer than the other (i've had eye tests which came back as nothing being wrong) I've been very thirsty an awful lot and bruising like a peach and not knowing how i've done it. I get odd heaches which are hard to describe- like someone trying to push outside my skull. All of this is both scaring and baffling me - any suggestions of what might be causing all this ?
