Suggest Treatment For Light-headedness And Dizziness

I've been sick with stomach bug last few days. This morning I felt lightheaded, dizzy passed out for a second and hit my forehead on the hardwood floor. Have a slight bump and cut. Immediate headache- took Tylenol. Got better, headache has returned. Kind of feel woozy, but not sure from head or being sick. Also nausea slightly, but again had before hitting head.

This could be syncope, EKG and ECHO, CT brain are important to rule out the underlying possibility, for the stomach you have not mentioned the exact clinical symptoms, your age and gender are also missing, better to specify in detail, your further query would be appreciated, take care have a nice day.
