Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness, Sore Throat And Headaches

Feeling light headed, sore throat over 6 weeks, sinuses troubling had antibiotics not helped, blocked ear over 4 weeks now, continued headaches no painkillers working. Wake up with headaches and go to bed the same, eyes itchy and can not stand light. What should I do. Asked doc for sinus scans was told sinuses not a priority for nhs scans.

These symptoms indicate acute infection in the form of sinusitis or upper respiratory tract infection. Headache is seen any of the acute inflammations. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
