Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness

I am due for my annual physical. I recently am experiencing light headedness after my noon meal or if I snack on a chocolate cookie for a snack before my noon meal. I am a male, 245 pounds, 5'11'', 56 years old, retired, actively doing chores on my property.

you should monitor your sugar levels and weight. Better to take limited food or split meals into two parts and take. This will help you. If not improved then needs examination.
