Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness

For past couple weeks I ve been extremely exhausted and having spells of lightheadedness and at night I feel like someone is sitting on my chest. Now today I had 2 times of this quick jolt in the middle of my chest, but it goes away. Do you think this is a concern?

Commonest causes for lightheadedness is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), hypotension (low blood pressure)
I would recommend getting your blood sugar and blood pressure checked, if possible do it when you feel light headed.
The treatment would depend on the underlying cause.
Also get and ECG done and consult a cardiologist for the jolts that you felt in the chest.

Hope this answer your question. Thank you.
