Suggest Treatment For Limited Small Cell Carcinoma

I have had nausea for over 3 months now, following brain radiation. I ve lost over 30 pounds. I ve had MRI S., CT SCANS, BRAIN SCANS, ENDOSCOPY (LOOKIN FOR ULCER), PET SCANS. I FINISHED MY CHEMO IN JULY 2015 AND MY RADIATION IN AUGUST 2015. THERE WAS NOT A PROBLEM UNTIL THE BRAIN RAD. WHICH I FINISHED DEC. 29, 2015. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LIMITED SMALL CELL CARCENOMA. I M VERY WEAK AND DISORIENTED WHEN I GET UP. NONE OF THE DR S SEEM TO KNOW WHAT TO DO. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU
