Hello and welcome to HCM,
Treatment of the cancer depends on the type and stage of cancer.
The first step is to perform certain investigations to know the nature of the cancer.
You have not mentioned whether relevant investigations besides radiological investigations have been done or not.
An aspiration cytology and/ or
biopsy of the hypo-echoic lesion is required to know the nature of lesion whether it is a primary cancer of metastatic.
Depending on the nature of lesion, further management can be planned.
Secondary or metastatic cancer are usually managed by surgical excision.
Primary cancers usually respond to chemo/ radiotherapy.
If the cancer cannot be surgically excised, chemo and/ or radiotherapy can be done.
However, further management is totally dependent on the result of the investigations.
Consult your referring doctor for further work up.
Thanks and take care
