Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The vomited blood from cirrhosis could be because of esophageal varices condition. For that sclerotherapy or banding can be beneficial. Treat portal hypertension with beta blocker. If you are having edema formation than diuretic can be prescribed. TIPSS like less invasive procedure helpful in reducing portal hypertension. Ultimate treatment for cirrhosis is liver transplant. I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
