Hi,
How are you? My name is Dr Suresh Raghavaiah. I am a Liver specialist and I hope to answer your question today.
I am sorry that your son is suffering from the symptoms. But unfortunately you have not provided enough information so that I can guide you. Please do write back with your son's age, his symptoms, where you are located, the medical test reports, the CT report and the biopsy report. By the sound of it, he seems to be suffering from a metabolic cause of liver failure.

Please do get back to me with the reports at XXXX so I can guide you further

I do hope your son starts to feel better
