Suggest Treatment For Long Cyst In The Right Kidney?

Hello sir, I have recently done and ultrasonography of the lower abdomen of my father, which indicates presence of an 5.1 cm long cyst in the right kidney including a bulky prostate of my father. So i am not sure which doctor to refer to him ? should it be a nephrologist or an urologist ?

Thank you for contacting HCM.
Simple renal cyst alone is not harmful or symptomatic but large bulky prostate causes lower urinary tract symptoms like urinary hesitancy, frequency, poor stream of urine, etc.
So consult a urologist for expert opinion & management. Thanks
