Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion And Stomach Pain Along With Itchy Scrotum

i was sleeping and then i had this stomach ache and it lead to loose motion two times. after that i feel like asthma and breathlessness. then started from scrotum itching is spreading around to legs. my palm feels a small numbness and i think it is due to itching in palm.

Hi,

Its seems from your symptoms that you might be having a helminthic infection which has lead to your loose motion,stomach ache and itching in your scrotum.

You need to take an anti-helminthic containing albendazole and ivermectin.
Take it after your loose motion and pain abdomen subsides.

Meanwhile,you need to have an anti-biotic for the g.i infection like ofloxacin and ornidazole for the required period in appropriate dose and antispasmodics like dicyclomine s.o.s.

A zinc and folic acid supplement ll help you to get relief from your weakness which may be causing the breathlessness.

If these measures fail,visit your physician.
