Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion

Sir,my son is staying gharkhand,there is no medical help.he carrying some medicines,metrogel400mg,today morning started loose motion.1 montth before,he suffered frm jaundice.now his billurubin is 1,sgpt and shot is38,40,sir pls help me,what to do gor loosemotion?

Hello. I have gone through your question. It seems that your son is suffering from gastrointestinal infection. I would suggest to start with tablet norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day and metrogel 400 mg three times a day. Lactobacillus tablets two times a day. Take oral rehydrating solution throughout the day. Take light food,plenty of fluids and bed rest. Hope this helps. Thanks and regards.
