Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions And Frequent Urination In An Infant

My boy is 3 months old and he has loose motions from past 8 days.I consulted with doctor in 7 days ago..he has suggested procedues sachet 1 time a day and zn 20 suspension but nothing is working..and on 2nd visit doctor suggested proentea sachet Bt still he is in d same situation n passes urine more frequent..please help me
