Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions With Green Stools And Blood

Hello Sir My son age of 2yrs and 3month.weight 11.5 .He has been passing green stool for five days and also there is little bit of blood is coming out with watering stool.I consult with doc. He prescribed O2 but no result is seen after that proscribed taximo and ascazin 70ml.kindly advice

Hi, in my opinion, the problem seems to be viral. First, get the stool test done and better to stop the antibiotics as they do more harm than good. Prebiotics and fluid intake should be maintained. Zinc may also be added. The things would be normal within a week. The most important thing is to keep a watch on dehydration.
