Suggest Treatment For Loose Stool In An Infant

My infant baby boy of 27 days old, having loose stool about 7-9 time in a day. Also it seems that he is suffering from gastric problem as he has stool with farting. This is going on for last 3days. Neopeptine D, colpep, ornof suspension is prescribed by a docter but there is no progress. What should i do?

it appears to be feeding problem and indigestion. maintain hydration and consult paediatrician for examination and advise on treatment. hygine and sanitation is to be maintained.
