i can t seem to lose any weight, i lose 2 lbs and gain those 2 lbs right back with a day or two. i ve tried weight watchers, it didn t work. i tried other ways to change my eating habits. i spoke with a nutritionist and was told i didn t eat enough carbs. i changed and added more carbs with protein each time. nothing has changed. what can i do.

Breakfast: one slice of brown bread with one teaspoon of honey, 30 gram cheese or one boiled egg + one slice of brown bread. before lunch one fruit lunch: 200 gram fish with 1,5 cup of salad and one slice of bread or 120 gram chicken, 1,5 cup of salad, one slice of bread. before dinner: 5 pieces of nuts, 1 teaspoon of honey dinner: 1,5 cup of penne spaghetti with broccoli and mushrooms, or 100 gram chicken with one boiled egg before bed: one cup of yogurt 2% fat. Drink plenty of water about 2 liters a day. You can feel a little bit tired, but you will get used to it. You can add one teaspoon of avocado and a teaspoon of honey to the diet.
