Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite And High Blood Sugar

Yes, my husband just got out of the hospital because his sugar had gone to 624, and he had lost 40 pounds in about a month and a half. He just can t eat, he has no appetite. We have his sugar down to around 190 or less but he still can t eat. He feel nauseated and his right side hurts sometime and the lower part of his stomach hurts sometime. No energy.

possibly d/t progressive kidney function derangement that happens commonly in pts who have had diabetes for over a couple of decades, pt may experience symptoms of chronic uremia such as uremic gastritis, pericarditis, skin changes....
kindly get the following inv done:
urine for ketone/ sugar
spot urinary albumin/creatinine ratio
S. creatinine/urea
HBA1C
CBC
Urine routine/microscopy
S. electrolytes
ABG
