Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite, Headache And Sensitive Skin

I am itchy and have a headache as well as not been able to sleep for four nights. I have no appetite, my skin is sensitive to the touch and I had a case of vertigo 2 times but that has gone. I feel like my brain is not working right, and I also have had a little bit of an upset stomach. I went to my doctor thinking it was Shingles and he said no, and that was that am I crazy?
