Hello I appreciate your concern I am not in favour of dexona and ciplactin You need to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly
I would like to know since how long you have this problem
Looking at your history this could be due to acid peptic disease of the stomach due to hyperacidity Liver disease like hepatitis or gall stone
So i would advise you to adopt healthy life styles like Avoid smoking and alcohol Avoid fatties fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks Have lots of fruit and vegetables exercise regularly
Hope this helps you follow up questions are most welcome best wishes
