hiii!!!!!! i have a loss of vision on my right eye due to a red spot in the eyeball which is not visible to thers. The red spot inside the eye ball is obstructing my view . plz suggest some remedies. does it gets cured on its own

Red spot in eye ball does not explain any thing. Give history of loss of vision. Corneal opacity, lens opacity vitreous opacity or disease can give rise to loss of vision. Any of these problem can be diagnosed with duration. In your case complete eye examination is required.
