General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Low blood pressure & vomiting commonly occurs due to indigestion, stress, excessive fatigue, dehydration. Take plenty of water, ORS, soups & juice. Take the anti-emetics to avoid vomiting.

Other factors are hypoglycemia, thyroid issues (hypothyroidism), high blood pressure, depression, liver disease, heart disease.

You are suggested to visit ER, get a thorough medical check-up done. Do all the blood tests & all required Imaging tests done. Get cardiac check-up done.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. In the meantime avoid oily junk food, cut on alcohol & addictions if any.

Take hot beverages along with nutritious food & adequate sleep. Avoid sedentary life, stay active.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
