my dad has not been feeling well for over a month now, he has low blood pressure, neasua, sleeps almost all day and night. he has ben to his dr. and they have ran all kinds of tests and blood work and everything comes back normal, but he is still sick. what could it be?

exclude diabetes and hypertension.should take balanced diet and add soya preparation as protein to take care of low BP.should take regular morning walk. take fresh fruits and vegetable.
