I really appreciate your concern, beside the acid reflux nothing is said to be any disease or due to any disease and this is nothing to worry, but for the acid reflux disease it is advisable to start "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for four weeks, blood pressure can nor be low on its own, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
