Hello and welcome to HCM, Symptoms of low appetite and indigestion can be due to intestinal worms. I suggest you to get a repeat stool examination for ova and cyst of various intestinal parasites. Passage of water before bowel movement is also suspicious of intestinal parasites. In addition, I also suggest you to get complete hemogram to look for anemia or low hemoglobin. Anemia or low hemoglobin is suspected in cases of intestinal worms. Hemorrhoids do not present in such a way. Hemorrhoids are characterised by bleeding with/ without pain. Prolapsed hemorrhoids can be felt at the anal verge and they can get infected also.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
