Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have recently been diagnosed with low blood pressure. Sorry my spelling is poor. I am 33 years old and passed out at work and have been sick with mono for over 2 weeks. I get light headed often. I am pending a dr to see and went to the walk in clinic. I have diabetic sox on and was told to have more salt in my diet. My blood pressure was at 100 sitting and upon standing in the dr office went down to 80. What do you recommend i do to eat and exerciser to assist this
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptom of light headed then it may not be due to hypotension and it can not be it self, but the reason behind could be something else and may need MRI and ENT opinion, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
