I have a low blood sugar like reactions around 5 or 6pm I also have trouble with deep sleep. My sleep seems better if I don t take it. Can I do every other night.Thank you.

Hi,

The dosage you are taking is already the lowest possible, doesn't make much sense to reduce it even further. Sleep issues may at times hapen with Escitalopram. For that purpose I would advise to take it in the morning instead of in the evening, it is commonly taken in the morning and it should avoid the reported issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
