Suggest Treatment For Low Ejection Fraction
I have a good friend who has been worked up for Heart Transplantation at UAB in Birmingham. He is 57 and was hospitalized in So. FL while visiting at their summer home. Was told today that he has a leaky valve and significant heart enlargement. They performed a TEE and advised them today that the EF is now 10. Planning to start IV medication tomorrow to increase heart function. Will hear back from UAB in the morning re: their take on these recent changes in his condition. A-Fib converted yesterday with Synch. Cardioversion. These reports are disturbing.

According to the information you provide she is having hallucinations I need to ask something does she take any other medication with them?
Hallucination and paranoid psychosis is a side effect of Fluconazole if it's overdone but as you said she already took it so that's why I am asking if she is taking any other drugs because there are many other drugs which interact with Fluconazole and increase its effect.
In this case, she needs to go ER and consult a doctor to check interaction or to change dosage or drug.
