Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever And Headaches In A Toddler

For approximately 24 hrs, my 4 y/o daughter has been running a low-mid grade fever intermittently and occasionally complaining of a headache. It hasn t progressed, but only improves temporarily with children s acetaminophen. What is the likely cause? Does she need to see a pediatrician?

Hi,

I would advise you to visit a pediatrician as fever with headache has lot of reasons of which some are significantly dangerous like meningitis. Please do not worry however you must visit a hospital without wasting time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
