Suggest Treatment For Low-grade Fever In A Child
My baby 8 month old having low grade fever on and off for two weeks...reports taken after 5 days antibiotics cause and tht was viral count..He has contact history of typhoid pt ant lower lobe pneumonia pt 4 days prior to his illness.cx- ray WAS NORMAL..pls let me know your opinion docter.....thanks a lot

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to a viral infection. The normal X-ray confirm the diagnosis. So, I suggest to give him Tylenol for the fever. I also suggest to give him liquids. The symptoms will relieve gradually.
