Hi

I had gone through your concern.

Depression can be treated with anti depressant.

Paxidep and serlift both are anti depressant.

Both of them very useful to treat depression if taking regularly for longer periods.

Yes they have sexual side effect mainly delay ejaculation with erectile dysfunction.

Loss of libido can be apart of illness itself.

It can be avoided by giving appropriate dose of medicines as per requirement in depression.

Certain other medicines like seldenafil and tetrafol plus will be useful to achieve good erection.

Consult psychiatrist and discuss all other options and dose regualtion of antidepressant medicines.

There are other antidepressant like agolmelatine, mirtazapine, bupropion which has minimal sexual side effect.

But treatment of depression is must.

Still have query then feel free to ask.

Thank you.
