General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.

For your problem of low sperm count as you have indicated, you can take the following compounds containing medications for a month. These include: L-carnitine, CoQ10, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin E and Vitamin C.

If you have infections, it needs to be treated by appropriate antibiotics.

After a month, check once again by testing your semen for improvement.
If the results indicate that ther is improvement, then you can continue the same medication.

All the best.
