Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count

i have been married before 13 months and my wife all reports are normal my semens report is very weak .it is sperm count : 12MILL\ML
sperm ejaculate : 24 MIL
live count :02 MILL\ML
RAPID LINEAR PROGRESSION : 0%
PERCENTAGE MOTILE SPERM :17% (SPERM MORPHOLOGY)normal form: 10%

Well come to HCM
Some parameters are missing here, the given semen report is not complete, still this could be oligospermia and underlying cause of this need to be found out and this need to be treated accordingly, chances of conception is there even if this is oligospermia, hope this helps.
