Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Back Pain

I ve been having lower left abdomen pain and also in the lower back. Fatigue and sometimes a sort of restless left leg. I went in and got blood tests and everything seemed normal. I m trying to figure out what is goi g on because although the pain is not excruciating, it is hindering my daily life.

I understand your concern regarding pain.

Pain left lower abdomen and lower back may be related to kidney possibly due to kidney/uretric stone.

I advice you to get USG abdo and urinanalysis done.
Antispasmodic analgesic combination like mefenamic acid acetaminophen for 3 days will help relieve the pain.
Drink plenty of fluids and have adequate rest.
You may need consultation with urologist in this regard.
