General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, sorry to hear about your symptoms.
Usually pain in the right side of lower abdomen, lower back, discomfort in urination are associated with either kindey, urinary tract, colon, appendix. Only with the mentioned history, without examination it is difficult to come to a diagnosis. Taking some antispasmodic, analgesic tablet will help the pain to subside. Drink plenty of fluids. Kindly visit your local doctor for further examination and investigation.
Get well soon.
