Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Lower Back Pain

Hello I have been through 2 ERS with lower abdominal pain and lower back pain shooting down my legs and I felt stiffness from right to left side and I felt pressure from the inside of both my vagina and rectum area and I was bleeding. My test came back neg and sono neg for pregnancy. But nurses and Dr could feel stiffness and shifting. I was given a full CT Scan and all came clean but they could see something but wrote it off due to a heavy period. The other er did more blood work and a full sono and couldn t see anything but they think they see gallstones and suggest surgery but no emergency but can not explain the pain that they claim are not related to their diagnoses but they are unsure why I am not experiencing labor pains not any other pertaining to their diagnosis and I am still in pain bleeding on and off and I feel movements and my entire abdomen gets hard during the pain.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
