Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain in lower abdomen and urine frequency could be due to recurrent kidney stone, glomerulonephritis/urinary tract infection.
It should be concerned and consult the urologist.
Urine routine, microscopic and culture and USG scan will help in the diagnosis.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet ibuprofen for the pain
Tablet uromax
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry orange and pine apple.
Take proper rest.
Hope this may help you
