Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain When Suffering From Testicular Torsion

Hi Doctor Chandan Sir, i think i am suffering with testicle torsion from 1 month. but from last 2 to 3 weeks my lower belly is paining a bit sometimes not often ... i dont know what to do ... i cant get an operation at the moment ... can u please provide me a valuable suggestion . Thank you sir in Advance

Hello,

It is not a good one for your test. If it would be a torso of it and if it is for more than 6 hours than the test will be damaged seriously. First, I recommend you to do an ultrasound of testicles and then to see how really is the situation. Please talk with your doctor at least.

Hello,

I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound in order to examine your abdominal organs and a urine analysis. If there is signs of ischemia, surgery may be needed as soon as possible. Anyway, you should know that when there is presence of low blood supply, the pain is persistent and very severe.
