Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain While Having IBS And Acid Reflux
I have ibs and acid reflux disease and am also on a lactose and gluten free diet, I have been experiencing increasing lower abdominal pain in the center and lower right areas. I have also been very constipated and have taken several days of laxatives to keep things moving without them nothing seems to work. I am concerned because my digestive system does not seem to be working on its own, and when using the laxatives I have to take higher doses of more powerful laxatives. What can I do to relieve the pain and get my digestive system to work without laxatives. I have been to the ER and have ruled out appendicitis.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is the hyperacidity if I would be the doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time for four weeks, avoid taking coffee, spicy food, alcohol, smoking prior to bed hope this information helps.
