Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

I have been having these aches in my lower left side. I havent been able to conceive, and have been noticing strange discharge. I am clean of stds and had an ultrasound awhile ago that came back negative , though the pains are getting worse. Every time I move to my side, or bend over it feels like a sharp , pulling sensation. Doctors in my local small town are stumped and dont have the right equipment to figure it out. Any suggestions help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Place a hot water bottle or heated wheat bag on your abdomen. Soak in a warm bath. Drink plenty of clear fluids such as water. Reduce your intake of coffee, tea and alcohol as these can make the pain worse. Take bland diet. Take NSAID like Paracetamol and Acetaminophen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
